Red Pepper Publications Site User Agreement
Dear User,
Welcome to the [Red Pepper] Publications website. Your use of this website constitutes your full awareness and acceptance of the terms and conditions contained in this agreement. Please read this text carefully before using the site services.

Article 1 – Definitions
Site or Publisher: The official website of [Red Pepper] Publications.

User: Any natural or legal person who uses the site in any way.

Services: All services provided through the site, including viewing, purchasing, placing an order, submitting a work, downloading content, and communicating with publications.

Article 2 – Terms of Use of the Site
Use of the site is permitted only for legal purposes and in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Iran.

Users undertake not to use the site in a way that causes damage, disruption, or misuse of the site’s services.

Any action to infiltrate, manipulate data, or disrupt the site’s functionality is prohibited.

Article 3 – Registration and User Account
Some site services require the creation of a user account.

The user is responsible for the accuracy of the information entered during registration.

The user is responsible for maintaining the username and password, and all activities performed through the user account will be recorded in his or her name.

Article 4 – Intellectual Property Rights

Article 5 – Submitting Works and Cooperation with Publications
Submitting works through the site does not constitute an obligation to print or publish them.

The publication reserves the right to review, reject or accept submitted works.

The terms of cooperation and the material and intellectual rights of accepted works will be specified in a separate contract.

Article 6 – Purchase and Payment
The price of products and services is in accordance with the information posted on the site.

After successfully registering and paying for an order, cancellation or refund is only possible in accordance with the rules announced on the site.

Article 7 – Responsibilities and Limitations
The Publications strive to ensure that the information on the Site is accurate and up-to-date, but is not responsible for any possible errors.

The Publications will not be responsible for any damages resulting from the User’s improper use of the Site.

Article 8 – Privacy
Users’ personal information will be maintained and used in accordance with the Site’s “Privacy Policy” and will not be made available to third parties, except in legal cases.

Article 9 – Changes to the Agreement
The Publications has the right to amend or update the provisions of this Agreement at any time. The updated version will be available through the Site and the User’s continued use constitutes acceptance of the changes.

Article 10 – Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
This Agreement is subject to the laws of the Islamic Republic of Iran and in the event of a dispute, the competent judicial authorities will handle it.

Rules for Submitting Works
Rules and Conditions for Submitting Works to Red Pepper Publications
By submitting any work (including books, articles, translations, designs, ideas, work summaries, or complete files) through the Red Pepper Publications website (this site), the submitter expressly accepts the following:

۱. Full Release of Legal Liability
The submitter acknowledges that he/she is the legal owner of the work or has the necessary permissions to submit it.

All legal, criminal, and material liabilities resulting from violations of the rights of the author, translator, publisher, third parties, or intellectual property laws are fully the responsibility of the submitter.

Red Pepper Publications will not be liable for any claims by third parties regarding the submitted work.

۲. No Obligation to Review or Respond
Submitting a work does not create any obligation for the publication to review, respond, judge, accept, or publish.

The publication is authorized to refuse to review or respond to the submitted work without providing a reason.

Failure to respond to the submitted work shall be deemed a definitive or implicit rejection of it.

۳. Failure to establish a contractual relationship
Submitting the work does not in any way mean the conclusion of a contract, the creation of acquired rights, or the obligation to print and publish.

Any possible collaboration will only be valid after the conclusion of an independent written contract.

۴. Responsibility for the content of the work
The submitter accepts full responsibility for the content of the work in terms of (the following items).

Scientific and literary accuracy
Originality of the work
The submitted work has no record in the Book and Reading Development Office and the General Administration of Provinces.
No insult, defamation, criminal content or content contrary to the laws of the country
Adherence to moral and cultural norms
The publication will not be responsible for the content of the submitted works, even in the event of an initial review.

۵. No responsibility for the storage and return of works

The publication is not obligated to permanently store, archive, return files or copies submitted.

Submitted works may be removed at any time without prior notice.

۶. Possible similarity of works
The submitter is aware that similar or similar works may have been submitted or published previously or simultaneously.
